All rooms have air con & heating, as well as free TV with 24 hour gay porn thanks to our friends at TitanMen. Accommodation at the Laird also includes free entry to Club 80 for your entire stay.
The Standard Rooms provide all the basics for the traveller with comfortable queen sized beds in a distinctive environment.
The Ensuite Rooms provide the same comfort with the added convenience of your own ensuite bathroom and toilet.
A continental breakfast is provided to all guests with espresso, toast, cereal and juice each morning and there are some great cafes in the immediate area - ask staff for their favourite!
Laird staff are also available to help guests with any other requirements during office hours.
All guests have access to:

Deposit requirements:
- One night stay: Payment in full required as deposit
- Two or more nights: Minimum 1 night deposit
Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled, as long as the cancellation is received at the hotel more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.

Due to changes in the laws regarding smoking in public places, all internal areas of The Laird are fully smoke free as of July 1st 2007.
Guests are welcome to smoke cigarettes and cigars in the beer garden.
