Laird Hotel invites you to A.W.O.L - A Week of Leather, Laird style. A.W.O.L is about providing an array of events which appeal to Leather Men and those interested in entering the leather lifestyle.
Parties, bondage sessions & casual get togethers, as well as the big one, the Laird Leather Man contest.

The scores were close but Peter proved to be the best man on the night, edging out Shaun & Wolf, both very worthy of the title themselves.
Peter will spend the next 12 months as Laird Leather Man, one of his roles being to represent the Laird in September as a contestant in Mr Leather Aus/NZ 2009 at Melbourne Leather Pride.
Thanks also to Laurie Lane, Paul & Richard (Mannhaus), Tim (Beyond), Dean (TitanMen), MCV, Melbourne Leather Men, Loka, Vlad and Tex. An extra special thanks goes to Mal Guest, outgoing Laird Leather Man for his time in the spotlight. Mal was always great fun to be around & he represented not only the Laird, but Melbourne’s leather community with style, confidence and charm.
Brett & Mark would like to thank everyone who came along and supported the A.W.O.L events. The week was a huge success and will definitely be back next year.
